   Synapses will provide internet connectivity services subject to technical feasibility and network availability. Services include:

   • Maintenance services

   Synapses reserves the right to modify, upgrade, or discontinue services with prior notice, except in emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Billing and Payment

   • Monthly charges will be billed in advance.
   • Payments must be made by the due date indicated on your monthly statement.
   • Late payments may incur additional charges or service suspension.
   • Reconnection fees may apply after service suspension due to non-payment.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

   Subscribers agree to use Synapses services lawfully and ethically. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

   • Illegal downloads or distribution of copyrighted material
   • Spamming or unsolicited bulk emailing
   • Fraudulent or deceptive practices
   • Distribution of harmful or malicious software
   • Unauthorized network scanning or attempts to breach network security

   Violation of this policy may result in immediate service suspension or termination.

5. Service Interruptions

   Synapses will make reasonable efforts to provide uninterrupted service. However, service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or other unforeseen events. Synapses will strive to inform subscribers in advance of planned maintenance.

6. Equipment

   • Subscribers are responsible for maintaining and safeguarding all provided equipment.
   • Damages or loss of equipment provided by Synapses will result in replacement fees.
   • Equipment must be returned upon termination of services or additional charges may apply.

7. Termination and Early Termination Fees

   • Subscribers may terminate their service by providing at least 30 days' written notice.
   • Early termination of service contracts may result in applicable fees as outlined in the service agreement.

8. Privacy

   Synapses respects your privacy. Personal data collected is managed according to our Privacy Policy, available on our website. Information will only be used to facilitate service delivery, billing, and communication unless explicitly consented otherwise.

9. Liability Limitation

   Synapses shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the subscriber during the preceding month.

10. Amendments to Terms

    Synapses reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of any changes will be communicated via email or through our website. Continued use of the service after such changes will constitute acceptance.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where services are provided.
